ABOUT
My name is Melissa (She/Her). Originally from Vancouver, Toronto is my home. I love Instagram cats, baking sourdough bread, and listening to podcasts.

I’m also passionate about fitness. My wellness journey started in Hot Yoga way back in 2004. The confidence and curiosity I gained inspired me to deepen my practice to various styles of yoga, as well as investigate other forms of exercise and mindfulness. Today, I balance these differing modalities to take care of myself and promote the same for others.

Helping people discover their potential turns on a light in me. I began teaching in January 2010. My yoga and meditation related trainings are from Downward Dog Yoga Centre. My Pilates and Pre/Post Natal certifications are from Equinox Fitness Training Institute. I am always learning to offer you more.

In class, my intention is to guide you to where inner awareness meets outward physicality by mixing modalities and flowing progressively towards challenges. I work from where you are, respecting all abilities and inclusion.
